They are leaning towards a Seiko alpinist but with their own styling with the minute track, hands and numerals. That being said it's a nice looking watch.
The case appears to be a standard Tandorio field watch case. (Which tends to be a good value for the money.)
Probably not a direct homage, but their interpretation of a field watch, based on the case and the dial. The hands are more towards a dive watch direction.
