Alpina Alpinist GMT
I purchased this Alpina Alpinist new at a substantial discount. So far very pleased with it. Does anybody have experience with the brand or the model?

Nice pickup. I've been eyeing one of these. Does it have a jumping local hand?
Thanks @Rashan05 - can you help me with what a "jumping local hand" is? If you're referring to the GMT hand, it has smooth movement, not jumping from one hour to the next. But if this is answering a question not asked, just let me know! I'm new here! 👍
@Rashan05 I had this watch for a short time. I picked it up for a friend at a fire sale during the pandemic, but then he backed out on the purchase so I ended up flipping it. It doesn't set like a true GMT. You set the regular "local" time normally with the crown in position 2, and then with the crown in position 1 you can quick set the date, and jump the GMT hand one hour at a time. If you get one of these make sure you get a good discount. I feel the MSRP on these are bloated.
I found two 300 meter divers(3 years). They both get regular wrist time and I’ve never had a problem out of the ETA movements. They’re generally larger than I wear however I do really like the brand!
