Fair enough! It's kind of the joke of it for me to have it there, and not ironically so! Theme of honest photos and all. Comfortable showing it but definitely worth being cautious about for others :)
Love that 'share of wrist' haha
I'm similar - although I'll welcome scratches and it can dive I don't take it in the pool with me, or wear it to the gym. I'm probably a bit too clumsy and could easily knock it quite hard onto something.
Was honestly hoping to see Brew take on Baltic but you giving me a glimpse at the history / inspiration behind this one - gotta give it the credit.. simply richer than just the coffee backstory! Enjoyed Googling this a bit more - I love a story behind a watch and what a journey this one carries.
Great video and a very deserved victory for this brand. Would undoubtedly be thrilled and privileged to win such a piece. Keep up the good work Max :)
Druability and visual appeal are easy to come by but more often at very high prices. For me Longines, Hamilton, and Tissot stand out. Although, if we push the money envelop a little more, there are some incredible offerings by brands like Oris (e.g the new Pro Pilot - 10 year warranty / service?! Crazy! But crazy confident).
A couple examples from each:
Longines: Legend Diver, HydroConquest, and the ever-appealing Flagship Heritage (a personal favourite). I do really love how much the Diver in this video shares with the beloved Flagship. Beautiful and something I'd be keen to get on my wrist.
Hamilton: Khaki field mechanical, Intra-matic chrono
Tissot: Visodate auto (bit of bias here - my first watch), Gentleman powermatic, and of course the red-hot PRX
Thanks for the video by the way mate. Love your content :) and keen if I missed anything / if anyone else has recommendations / thoughts on the best bangs in those brands! <3
