The Hamilton Khaki mechanical (38mm) is definitely on top of my list, a reissue of the legendary Hamilton that was created from the US Armed Forces to accompany the soldiers of the Vietnam war…a watch that needed to be highly durable, discreet and legible so that soldiers could easily tell the time just by looking at it once and a watch that should be really light on the wrist…! With the Hamilton khaki mechanical Hamilton company definitely nailed it in recreating such an iconic watch that went to war…!
Q: What is one piece of advice you have for someone just getting into watches?
Find a characteristic that this watch has that suits your character and who you are…are you adventurous? Are you a diver? A person that spends a lot of time reading books and want an easy to read watch? Are you into history, sports or technology or maybe you like vintage watches that match your profession or your perspective of life? Go for the one that calls your heart and soul so it can be one with it…not for the flashiest one.

Q: What is your grail watch and why?
Hamilton Khaki Mechanical the 38mm version because of the heritage and history behind it but also because of the fact that I have to wind it to work…it makes me feel like a have a special relationship and a certain bond with it…! Every single day I just have to listen to the it’s sound…it’s almost like it’s speaking to me..!
