CIGA Design, the outside ring is Hour ,fixed, like the regular watch. The only movement is the Globe with the compass and the minutes ring. The compass pointer acts as the hands .So the close up pictures about is 5 o'clock.
The Wn-1....is verrrry complicated.
Frankly I wore it not more than 5 times...
Luckily I found the box and the English menu. Here you're.
Enjoy!
It's first launch in2008.
Japan only model.
I bought it at 2009 when I was watch hunting in Tokyo coincidentally.
It comes with 2 color version. Black face and white face but actually It's not totally opaque , you can still see the wheel inside under the strong light. 6R15 movement was consider the best mid range movement from Seiko products line.
Mine have a problem 5-6 years ago. I contact with the local Seiko dealer to fix it and then they sent back to the Japan and came back with a new set of wheels, lovely .(I guess because the complicated mechanical parts for this niche model so they give me a new movement instead)
Try to find out the old parts to show ,must be somewhere in my house. Will post it when I find !
Hi Tang,
I’m not a good reviewer but I can share my thought about this watch.
It’ a charming watch with a sporty look(of course I will not recommend people wearing this for any sport activity )
The craftsmanship is fine and robust.Dandong watch did a very reliable tourbillon movement and in terms of the design language, they did much better than the Seagull ,IMHO .
The only complaint is the strap replacement .when other companies have those click and go, Dandong still use the last century mind set ~tiny screw…..make me feel very insecure when I wear it.
Last but not least, 3K to get a tourbillon watch, absolutely no complaint!
One more thing, the see through back is not impressive,I believe Dandong can do better than this, next time then.
Will post more pictures in the future.

Hi ,Omega first introduce this in the early 70s
It’s a transition period before Quartz dominate the watch industry.
I think Bulova was the first company to apply this technology for the commercial market in the 60s and come with a name Accutron (correct me if I ‘m wrong).
And the name - Hummer , come from -when you get the watch close to the ear, you can hear a low frequency humming sound and it was so romantic.
It’s simply a high school physics concept ,the cell generated currency to make the tuning fork to oscillate.
I ‘really admire this kind of idea especially it was invented 60 years ago.
