Can anyone tell me anything about this watch?

A friend recently inherited this vintage Omega but we have been unable to find out anything about it, does anyone here have any idea as to what its history might be, or what it’s worth might be? He’s not looking to sell it, but wants know how much money he can reasonably spend on repairs.

I googled Omega  1310  32khz movement and found lots of info. Might be tough to find someone to work on it though.

I'm pretty sure this wasn't a cheap watch when it was new.
