I completely agree with you on open case back. This is why I am considering to buy my Panerai in the preowned market. Since the current model doesn’t have open case back. Also, this watch is not worth to buy it new.
The Luminor Quaranta is very interesting design. The only thing that I don’t like is that it doesn’t have open caseback I believe 🤔
