As you can guess from the title this is the first of five watches i plan to get this year. Thanks to Jody from Just One More Watch i was introduced to this military chronograph and a few others i plan to get.
The aesthetics of the watch drew me in right away, big fan of the simple/clean military look. Its not just a pretty face, with 100m of watter resistance, a sapphire cristal, Seiki VK61 quarts movement, two kinds of lume and screw down crown and pushers its a great beater that i plan to put throug its paces.
The strap is OK, cheap but usable. Takes a few day to break it in but hasnt given me any issues or caused any skin iritations.
The only problem i have is that the chronograph sub dial at 12 is difficult to read in some situations.
Very happy with my first purchase of the year and i hope it will serve me well for a long time.
Novice, watch enthusiast who's eye's and wish list are way bigger then his wallet :)
