That thought has crossed my mind too. On further inspection I really don't think so though. I can't say anything about the movement yet as I don't have the neccesary tools to open it but at least the case, caseback, crown, dial and hands are all original.
Haven't opened it up yet and don't see a reason to as long as it runs fine. If it croaks on me in a couple of years I can live with the 80€ I spent on it. 😁
