eBay Selling Tips?

Looking for EBay selling advice as I am trying to sell this watch (I may have too many watches…) and not really experienced with Ebay. Any help would be appreciated!

Thank you so much! I did not think of eBay favoring buyers and being more specific on scratches etc. Overall is good condition but the clasp is scratched, as they tend to do. Good idea on offering free shipping too.
What service do you find is best for shipping? I have FedEx and UPS near my house and can also use USPS. Shipping is something I am also new with since I do not really sell a lot so any advice on this would be wonderful.
Also, why don't you do auctions?

Also decide if you want to ship abroad as this will affect shipping costs and returns ,I state only selling to a UK address/ person as this is where I live
