What was the problem that it had to go to service?
It's got a perpetual calendar that's set at the factory. I bought it new abroad and the calendar was wrong(presumably after a battery died). It's a job that can only be done at a service centre. All sorted free as it's under warranty and they serviced it too. Excellent service from the AD and service centre, as you would expect. Was gone about three weeks.

Perpetual calendar on a analog quartz? Was it out of alignment or such since if I recall the analogs just turn the day date after 24 rotation not really like digitals. Confused
