Nomos bring back the original Club... Will they bring back the Dunkel?
So Monochrome are reporting that Nomos have resurrected (and mildly updated) the original Club (36mm, white dial, all Arabics and indices - no Roman numerals/California dial).
As updates go it's very reverential to the original with no changes to the case (long lugs remain) just some small embellishments such as a 'brighter' dial and some outline to help the Arabics pop.
What's not covered - but I'm hoping this means - is that the 'Dunkel' version of this same model (see second image above) might be coming our way sometime soon. This dark grey dialled version is also long unavailable but is a look I really like, providing a more casual, modern take on the same basic design.
Any love out there for the Club in its original form? How pronounced is the disappointment that, unlike Hamilton, Nomos are sticking to their guns (or in this case long lugs). Any fellow Dunkel enthusiasts out there?

36mm at the very bottom of my threshold but with 7 1/2 flat wrists i can deal with the lugs. like the clarity of the new dial.
this original style club is easily my favourite of the club variants and probably my fave nomos bar none.
