Dear all, Runerider, Andreas here from DELMA as I’d like to clarify a few things. DELMA only requires proof of identity and address when an order is flagged as high risk by the system. For instance the credit card being registered in a different continent than the shipping address. You preferred not to provide the info, which is of course your right and instead cancel the order. DELMA has immediately fully refunded you the whole amount, the USD amount that you had been charged as shown in the cancallation email we had sent. The CAD amount that you claim DELMA stole from you, was actually taken from your credit card provider and not us. We have not taken a cent. I totally understand that you are not happy about this but this is something that you should address with your credit card company as we can only pay back what you transferred to us.
