I'm ready to purchase a Hanhart 417 ES Flyback Flieger Chronograph.
I am having a difficult time picking the color variation. I would love to hear from others of their preferred color variant.
Thanks
Personaly I prefer the reverse panda. In fact I own one. But the new Moby Dick is a beauty, I would definitely consider. [Picture is from handart website.]

I love the Moby - its 42mm..I prefer 39 - 41mm..probably too big for my liking

I presume you love the reverse panda?
Yes. I do. 🥰 Mine is the 42 mm version with exhibition caseback. At first I thought it would be to big, but no. And my standpoint is: A pilotwatch can be a little bit bigger.
Seems Panda is winning. I’m sticking to my guns, and urge you to try them both on. (I could easily be repeating other comments, I just launched into this - ahem - hmm)
On the wrist is really important for this choice. I once bought a beautiful multi-complication watch - but I thought the cooler colour was the dark one. Oops!
I saw the white/cream one and wanted to put my head in a bin of old cabbage.

I generally prefer the reverse panda, and more so in this case because of better contrast with the numerals.

Just a thought.
Above all, the enthusiast’s creed:
Have fun! 😃 🛒 ⏱️ 🎉🍾🥳
Personally i would get the panda but I’m biased as I already have a 417 1954 (non flyback) so the Panda would complement what I already have.
Reverse Panda for sure! Plus the subdials are lumed! Was facing the same conundrum recently.
