I have that Longines and I love it. Only two cons that I can think of: it's perhaps a bit dressy for really casual wear, and it has no lume, so it's not very helpful in a theater or other dark space.
On the plus side, you're getting a lot of watch for the money, especially when you consider that you're likely to get a decent discount on the Longines if you shop around (I think I got 25% off retail on mine). I love the moon phase complication. Yes, I know it's not a terribly useful complication, but it really dresses up a watch dial.
Another thing to consider is resale price, should you ever decide to find a new home for your watch. As noted, the Longines can be gotten preowned for a significant discount, which means you won't see a lot of money coming in (compared to what you paid) should you sell it. The Tudor isn't going to depreciate nearly as much, and if inflation stays with us, you'll likely be able to sell it for what you paid in a few years.
Either way, you're getting a great watch - good luck!
