Very sorry to hear you lost your father, what an absolutely treasured and irreplaceable item.
I lost my grandfather to covid in 2020 who was very very close to me. I have his omega constellation that he wore everyday during his working life.
It fills me with so much comfort and happiness wearing it knowing it was part of him going about his everyday life. It’s such a warm feeling isn’t it.
Personally I love these, you can see where Breitling have taken inspiration from the 1975 chronomat line.
