I think the design of these does kinda grow on you. When I saw the F1 first I thought it was too busy and crowded looking but every time I see one I like it a little bit more.
Of course it could be that it being a gift changes your perception of it but I don't own one at all and it's still a slow burn kind of thing
I scrolled through this really thinking I was unique in my hatred for Roman numerals lol glad it's not just me. There's something about the aesthetic that's off putting to me it's so much the looks as it is like....the vibe? I don't vibe with Roman numerals if that makes any sense whatsoever.
This is very cool to see as I am in a similar job. Unfortunately for me it's sewage I usually deal with and not drinking water lol

My memory could be wrong but the only reason I ever new of the G-Shock brand's existence before the internet was because they ran a promotion with Coca-Cola
Now I'm thinking of it I'd love to know more about this lol If I'm not dreaming there was two G-Shock models depending on how many labels or caps you collected

I've tried to get a Seiko SNK807 but the place I ordered from is out of stock so I'm thinking I might just increase the budget and get one of these as it's a bit different. Ideally I can find an EU seller but I'm sure I could make it work
