My wife received this souvenir casino watch in a collection from her now deceased grandparents. I just replaced the buckle and I am waiting for a donor watch to arrive with a working module. The strap is surprisingly soft and comfortable, not like those found on most plastic watches these days.
If anyone has seen these before and knows anything about the time period or location, I’d love to know more. I’ve looked into it and this company or the one that bought it, owned casinos in Reno, Vegas, and Tunica at various times. My hope is to build a rough backstory for the watch so that my wife can have a way to connect with her much loved grandparents by wearing something they would have purchased to remember a fun vacation.
