Thanks for the suggestions. I should have added 3 things: budget is less than £10K. That doesn't mean I would dismiss a cheaper watch - it's a max figure, rather than a target spend. And it doesn't have to be a true GMT - I essentially just need a second (or third) time zone function for travelling. It needs to be mechanical - I don't want a quartz movement.
Looking at the suggestions so far: I fancy the idea of a GS, but personally find Rolex not to my taste (sorry in advance to all the Rollo lovers; in mitigation, I do like vintage Air Kings). The Galactic world time has more detail than I like on a dial. The GP 7000 is new to me and I quite like the its vintage vibe.
