Boredom leads to labelling

"I really don't mind if you sit this one out"...

I've done my back in so I'm alternately laying down, sitting bolt upright (thank God for our new comfortable dining chairs), then shuffling round to keep from seizing up, then noting down which painkillers I've taken (4 varieties), feeling a bit dozy, trying not to sleep now so that I can at night (biorhythms make pain worse during the small hours), replacing the heat patch or hot water bottle, being unable follow the Japanese TV series I was watching (The Days)...

So I decided to make sense of my straps, something to do before I become too irritable.

Here's a selection, more have arrived since. Batteries are in the top zip, casebacks, bezels, springbars in the second.

I tend to keep them in wrappers so it's difficult to see what's what. I was just going to hand-write on some stickers but the Mrs reminded me that even in block caps my writing is unreadable, to both of us. So she pulled out her labeller (she loves this kind of thing) and showed me the basics. So that kept me entertained for a couple of hours.

Size, QR=Quick Release, reference if it's come from a specific watch.

Considering I'm away with the fairies on Diazepam I think I've only got one wrong. I'll redo that when the next few arrive in a couple of days.

Still here? Boy, you need to get out more!
