Great review! I recently got a similar model and feel the same way. San Martin has really come a long way in quality and is on par with many Swiss manufacturers now.

I feel the same way about my Christopher Ward C65 Dune. I have several field and dress watches and didn't think a fusion would work, but I now reach for the Dune more often than any other because it is just the perfect GADA watch for me. Whether in a suit or shorts, it just clicks.

Microbrands are where the best price:value exists right now. Between Christopher Ward & San Martin, my "big Swiss" watches get little wrist time anymore.

San Martin's new clasp is awesome & I wish they would have more date dials. I would have bought their latest titanium watch with sword hands if it had a date window.
