German DIEVAS Maya Mk III 1000m Diver Tool Watch Review

I am not too sure if I can consider myself a "Dievas" collector 😂. Last count i have 8 watches from the brand.

I can still remember how i stumbled across the brand in a watch publication "World of Watches". It was an advertisement for a blacked out flieger watch with tennis yellow hands. The combination was too hard to resist and the rest is history. I been a fan of Dievas for over 10 years now, sadly it never fails to tempt me with their new offerings.

For me Dievas took all they have learnt from their past projects in the past 15 years and created the best tool watch they could produce with the Maya Mk III There are many details that intrigue me such as the assuring bezel action, the crisp sound it produces, the matte ceramic bezel coupled with the double AR coating on the thick sapphire crystal, the extra coating on the case and bracelet that makes it 4X stronger then regular 316L stainless steel, the dial design with indexes that remind me of grenades, how the tip of seconds hand line up with the indexes, how the bracelet conforms to my wrist and lastly the well proportioned 1000m case that doesn't feel like a brick on the wrist. With all honesty i am amazed how many times i look at my watch to appreciate all the thought and details put into it.

Pardon me if i may come across bias because Dievas is a company that doesn't release new watches all the time and i am completely convinced they are dedicated to the " Tool Watch" "Product 1st" philosophy.
