This is amazing, Seiko fans check this out.
So I’ve had this watch on wrist for about 48 hours now and 2 things have really shocked me.
1. The first is that seiko date changes usually took about 1-2 hours to cycle on every Seiko I’ve owned, but for some reason this new SSK017 date cycle starts at 11:45pm and is full switched to the new date by 12:05am so only 20 minutes 🤯🥰.
2. The second thing is, this is the first Seiko I’ve gotten straight from the factory that is running only 3 seconds a day fast.
I’ve either been really lucky or Seiko has stepped their game up big time. Anyone else having good luck with Seiko like I am 💁🏻♂️

I’ve had lots of good luck with Seiko myself.
Funnil enough, my Vostok’s starts at a certain time ~20:00 but instantly clicks once it reaches ~23:51
Thinking about getting either this or an SSK019. I want a 3TZ-GMT watch, and I’ve been wanting a yellow watch, but I’m not sure if I want to wear a big yellow watch until I can afford a Ball Roadmaster Marine. I think I need to just try them both on to see.
