Q: How did you get into watch collecting?
I was gifted an automatic Seiko watch for my birthday by my brother-in-law. He was a watch nerd like most of us here and I suppose he got fed up with me wearing a smartwatch all of the time and wanted to gift me a "real" watch. I didn't touch the watch for a few months because I had no real interest in watches but I put it on one day on a whim and I've never looked back.

Q: What is one piece of advice you have for someone just getting into watches?
Don't follow trends, buy what you like.
Q: What brands have been getting your attention lately?
Hamilton, Mido, Carl F. Bucherer, Traska.
Q: What is your grail watch and why?
I have 3 different grail watches: Breitling Premier B09 Chronograph 40 (ref# AB0930D31L1P1). I'm not even a Breitling fan but my god this watch is just beautiful in every capacity. Grand Seiko Heritage Collection SBGH269 I literally dream about this dial. Omega Speedmaster "Snoopy" (ref# 310.32.42.50.02.001) Best caseback ever. And it's not even close.
