Watch Movement Reliability

Hey you guys, I’m currently wearing the Invicta Pro Diver. And it has the Seilo NH35A movement. I was wondering, how reliable it is, my watch is ticking along just fine. But just a question.

I just got one, so I'm not a source for reliability, but was wondering; how hard is the bezel to turn for you?

I have a number of watches with either the 4R35/36 movement or the NH35/36/38 movement in them. It is a solid, fairly reliable movement. I believe the factory tolerances on it are +15 to -20 seconds per day, and Seiko has said that can be as great as +45 to -35 seconds per day in everyday wearing situations depending on weather/temperature. In my experience, they vary less than this, and my Cocktail Time is running currently at about -5 seconds per day. My other Seiko watches and movements generally operate within +-25 seconds per day or less.

Have you got the scalloped or coin edge? The scalloped was bloody useless for me in terms of grippiness until I took it off the bracelet. The bezel overhangs the case making it much easier to grip whilst on a NATO

My Pro diver has served me very well over the last year and a half. As a famous war hero once said "that's all I have to say about that"
