Well, if you feel bad about wearing an Invicta.....you can feel bad with all the MILLIONS of them that are worn everyday by sensible people. Go ahead and wear that Invicta with pride. I have 5 of them and love them all. Wear the watch, don't let the watch wear you.
Holy Cow ! I just mailed those links to you on Friday. From NY to Alaska and on your wrist in about 72 hours ! Glad to be of assistance and get you wearing a nice watch again.
As nice as Invicta watches look and cost.....they are IMO a disposable watch. When they start having problems, it will cost you more to repair it than to just buy a new one. I am totally amazed how such a nicely detailed looking watch can cost so little in comparison to other watch brands. I have 4 of them and will probably get more in the future.
I put the watch under my LED reading light for literally one minute and it started one-second ticks. This is what I love about forums ! I had no idea. I will need to put my other solar charged batteries out in the sun for the day .
I was watching a You Tube awards ceremony by the NYPD for members who had perfect attendance. The couple of cops who had 35 years (no sick) were given a custom NYPD Seiko watch. The guys who got 40 years (no sick) got a gift card. I would tell them , keep the card, I want the NYPD Edition Seiko. I'd like to see a photo of what it looks like or is it just engraved.
