I totally understand your apprehension here. But, when I was looking at purchasing a Fortis Cosmonauts, I found that Walmart was selling them, not a FB add, directly on the Walmart site. So it wouldn't surprise me if they also might be selling other unexpected brands as well:

Walmart surprisingly has a lot of watches on their site even Rolexes , some normal models and some really customized models too

You know it's not Walmart actually selling it, right?

Usually just third party sellers that have “privledges” to market on their site. Walmart literally has almost nothing to do with the transaction unless it goes south.
