Tuna love 😍
Ive had this watch for around 7 months now and my love for it just keeps growing.
I suppose im not a prolific watch buyer,i have bought a few in the mean time, but every time i put another watch on i find myself looking at the Tuna on my bedside table and just staring longingly at it (i know i need help). I could wax lyrically about its original purposeful unique design for days. I can honestly say that this IS the best dive watch ever made. In my opinion of course

There are dive watches and then there are Seiko divers and I am not a fan of Seiko and their poor QC but sometimes you just have to ignore it. I'm also going to throw my Tuna into the ring.
Welcome to the school! (That's a fish reference as communities of tuna are called 'schools')
My little solar one would be on my wrist everyday too. It's just easy to wear, comfortable and easy to read. I absolutely love it! I swap between a Nato and the original band. I think I prefer it on a Nato. It offers more flexibility and I'm not between two holes.

Before anyone gets too hung up. "It's cALleD a sHoAL, you idiot!!! FiSH ShOal!!" Yes, fish shoal. Here's the difference between the two(according to St-josepg University's biology department): "A school is a group of fish that swim together in a synchronized fashion, moving in the same direction, at the same speed and turning simultaneously. To be called a school, a group of fish must demonstrate all of these rather complex behavioral patterns.
The word shoal, is the term for any simple social grouping of fish. In short, any group of fish is a shoal, but not all shoals demonstrate the properties of a school."
Therefore, tunas demonstrate schooling behaviors.

Another original design. When Seiko get it right they are shoulders above everyone else in originality

But Steeldive make some nice tuna style watches .
I have one and its got a seiko movement too.
