Who made them?

I saw a very nice California designed watch that was mentioned at the 2023 GPHG. It had leaf hands in the LACO style and numerals running around the dial and came in blue, black, and white (?); it looked rather like Journe’s Chronometre Bleu, if that helps. It was selling for about $1200.00 USD.

The name was like “Dumauriers” or “Malloy” or sumthin’ like that…
