Q: How did you get into watch collecting?
I've always love watched but only go into them seriously about 9 years ago thanks to a gift from my in-laws. A casio A158WEA, it hooked me since and then I've gone to Orient, Seiko, Hamilton, Tissot, Tudor, MIDO, Breitling, Grand Seiko, Oris and even Omega
Q: What was the first watch you ever owned?
The classic Casio F91W but first self bought watch was a Orient Triton/Neptune (discontinued version!)
Q: Do you have a watch with a particularly interesting story behind it?
Too many but my favourite is the Bulova Lunar Pilot my wife bought for me to mark my birthday!
Q: What is one piece of advice you have for someone just getting into watches?
Buy what you like, follow your passion and don't worry about what others think of your collection - after all its for you not them! Also make sure you can afford a watch before buying...
Q: What brands have been getting your attention lately?
Baltic, Christopher Ward, Farer, Geckota, Breitling, Grand Seiko, Omega, Hamilton, Oris and Orient
Q: What is your grail watch and why?
Probably the Rolex Explorer 2 polar dial. But to be honest I'm still looking and I absolutely love my Aqua Terra!
