Yeah, it's a regulator. The sub dial at 3 o'clock is the hours, sub dial at 9 o'clock is seconds and the big red hand is the minutes. Case is titanium.

V nice and not often seen I will wager.
I’m interested in the Depth Gauge but need to get to an AD to try it for size - think it might be too big.
