My dad got himself a watch then he got me one. Been hooked ever since

A cheap Walmart fashion watch.

I have a little square Casio that my mom got me as a gift thinking it was the square G I wanted. Love the little bastard.
Q: What is one piece of advice you have for someone just getting into watches?
Pacing is key. Don't spend too much too quickly. You'll regret it. 1 maybe 2 watches A YEAR. That's it. Even if you can afford it.

Q: What is your grail watch and why?
AP royal oak tourbillion ultra thin with the purple dial. Purple it's my favorite color and I still haven't found another watch that's looks that good in purple.
