Vintage ADEC from 1970s 36mm

Found this watch in a box full of watches about 5 years ago. I paid $6 bucks for it. It still had the case back protector with no scratches on the crystal. It’s a Citizen sister company that no longer exist. If anyone knows more about this watch and company. I’d love to know. It’s a head turner.
