Honestly go for it.This is a beautiful watch. I had sent pictures of it to a good friend who's also obsessed with watches. He was wondering why I was even looking into it.And then he came to the dealer with me and when he saw it in person he was super surprised. He was like "wow great find..".It's a beautiful, high horology, timeless watch. And the price is very very good for what you get.
Thank you!
Honestly I am in love with this watch.
I even discovered a design aspect I had not noticed before the purchase: the numerals light up depending on the angle of the light. Same with the star and the dial but those I had noticed and that was what I loved about the watch.
It has a depth of beauty which nobody would guess just based on pictures.
Really stunning.
Unless the AD really likes you and your story for whatever reason (which does happen) then it's all about how much money they think they'll be able to make from you to justify giving it to you vs someone else who has spent thousands of dollars with them and wants it just as much as you do.
It would be unfair otherwise.
Based on this, you are far better off buying it on the secondary market at a premium.
That will cost you way less money than the money you'd have to spend at the dealer to be considered for this watch.
