Q: How did you get into watch collecting?

After seeing how Xeric was experimenting in their designs, I was sucked in. I had to discover more and experience more! Which naturally led to more and more watches but along the way my interest changed, I went from funky to vintage. Didn't expect that at all!

Q: What was the first watch you ever owned?

Xeric Halograph. As a designer, I appreciate the new approach to time telling that this brand does. When I was younger, I didn't appreciate simple dials as I do now and was looking for more whacky pieces. Funny how time changes us.

Q: Do you have a watch with a particularly interesting story behind it?

Don't know if it's truly interesting but an old client of my mother's was going through his belongings. His wife having passed, he was prepping to move back to Greece when he found his wife's watch. He gave it to my mom and she gave it to me. Don't know the exact age but can only imagine what it experienced through the couples' journey. Definitely a permanent piece in my collection.

Q: What is one piece of advice you have for someone just getting into watches?

Wear what makes you happy; doesn't matter if it's a Patek, a Casio, Fossil, or an Apple watch. If it makes you smile, then strut your stuff and don't let others get to you💙

Q: What brands have been getting your attention lately?

Tudor. Have you seen the Black Bay Pro and Ranger? They're gorgeous!

Q: What is your grail watch and why?

Breitling Cosmonaute. Love the history behind it and there's a certain charm with that 24hr dial that's captivating.
