I like divers and the ability to swap out straps whenever I want the watch to feel a little different so I'd personally go for the Sub. I like the PRX and although I love the look of the bracelet, being unable to swap it out easily ruins it a little for me

Other than Longines I think Seiko and Rado are pretty good value brands
