Where is your go to place to buy genuine new watch?

Seems like these days it is hard to buy watches at MSRP and there are tons of fakes out there. Where do you go to buy genuine new watches that is at least somewhat close to MSRP

I like nodus actually used sapphire crystal with screw down crown instead of Seiko’s hardlex and no screw down. Better value I think
