I mean the dial is degrading after 57 years which is quite long. I just want to get rid of that strange ring. I don't want to refinish the whole dial. Would it be possible to only remove the ring?

I've personally noticed a lot of king, lord seiko parts popping up at buyeee Japan . It's around €20-€40 total cost.

You don't even have to be super rich to make money off watches. For example the SKX was only around 150 USD I believe. Now there's a huge demand for them.
