Rubber is one of my favorites. Even if the future isn't perfect the rubber keeps it in place pretty will. I don't care for the feeling of my watch flopping around on my wrist. My least favorite fit is steel bracelets.

Same here , bracelets change the look completely and are nice, but yeah can’t get past the flopping around I spent 2 days of adjusting the bracelet and trying to fine tune it just couldn’t get it to feel right😞
Something about the Arnie with the led on top that rubs me the wrong way... I've seen it at the 6 but can never find one to buy

I'm like that with leather straps. It just feels as it should.
Though I do keep my favourite diver on a rubber. It's a nice rubber, and seems fitting for a diver.
Which of your rubber straps do you like the best? I only have one of the straps you have in that image, second from the right. Unfortunately it fits a little loose/shallow in the lugs of the watch I bought it for, so it feels a little unsettling to me. I've thought about trying to get the quick release bars out and swap something else in. Overall, I am pretty much always wearing a rubber strap or g shock resin. They ignore liquids, have decent traction on the skin, have some structure but still flex, and don't fray. My wrist swells too much for bracelets.
You have a great collection of Seiko divers. 🎯 In comparison, my strap choices are positively experimental 😀

Yeah the tropic strap from uncle Seiko is the most comfortable
