Q: Do you have a watch with a particularly interesting story behind it?
I have a couple of vintage watches that belonged to my Father. My two favorite are his mechanical timex from the 70s and Swiss Kelbert diver. I had the Kelbert serviced and replaced the glass.
Q: What is one piece of advice you have for someone just getting into watches?
Buy what you want. You don't need a Ferrari to be a car guy. You don't need an AP to be a watch guy.
Q: What brands have been getting your attention lately?
Nivada Grenchen, Tag Heuer, Airain, Seiko, Timex, vintage skin divers and vintage chronographs.
Q: What is your grail watch and why?
Blancpain Fifty Fathoms, Breitling AVI 765, Girard Perregaex Laureato 38
