Omega. It’s another level when it’s on the wrist in comparison to Tudor with finishing and build quality. I don’t know the math on it but I haven’t had to set the time on my Seamaster 300 SMP in five months. It’s four seconds fast. Pretty amazing.
The vario trench and dirty dozen field are similar to this definitely. Like everything, there are tiers. You buy a Vario, it’s put together and it’s nice and it hits all the points. You buy a RGM watch, you basically are buying handmade as close to perfect as you can get by people who take their job really serious. Not taking away from Vario, they got it going on and for the price it’s awesome. They are just so different in quality that they are almost not comparable. Watch prices ALL watch prices have gotten a little wacky let’s be honest.
I gotta go with the Army Corps of Engineers. My pap did some work with them as a marine back in the day so there’s that. And also it’s just such a sweet watch with that enamel
Sinn is another level up in my opinion. Stowa is the best pilots watch for the money in my opinion even though the Laco can be more than a little cheaper and still a great watch. IWC lost their minds and charge too much.
