Just love this patina on the dial.
The picture cannot express this beautiful shinny pearl impression.
I am a big fan of patinas on coins. This patina would be called champagne or drawer patina in numismatics.

FYI: the case's diameter is around 35mm, the distance between lugs is 16mm.
