I only use Bergeon springbar tools on my watches. Swiss made tools that most of the professional watchmakers use. They are somewhat expensive but "you get what you pay for". Stay away from the cheap Chinese tools.

If you are close to a AD or repair shop it may be worth the time and effort to have a pro get them off for you. I know it sounds easy but sometimes it’s more difficult

Ya, let’s see how these new tools work out. I always eventually get it. But it’s such a pain, there has to be an easier process or I’m def doing something wrong.

Thanks for the help! I just ordered the Bergeron spring bar tool and Horofix tweezers.
Practice is mostly the answer (though I would practice on a less expensive watch.) Also - some bracelets / springbars are more finicky than others.
