Ah my First Longines... I mean Tudor.

But honestly did Longines try to copy this thing with their new Hodinkee collab?? What are y’all’s thoughts?

On a side note I love this watch. Only complaint I have, which I’m sure some others would agree, is the thickness but I don’t care too much.

Nope, the Longines case, markers, and lugs are distinctly different. I don't think Tudor has exclusive rights to the pairing of a steel GMT bezel and yellow GMT hand. I would contend that Theo & Harris created click bait with that YT title (which is good business).

I think you are right. can you argue they look similar yes, but at the end of the day the two have their differences and I think the more options for people=more better

Tudor already copied Rolex on this one anyway haha.

Very true.. but at least it was behind the idea of recreating the original explorer II. Tudor kinda has a pass to do this I guess

Yeah I mean at least it’s the son of Rolex doing the copying.

Nice Hodinkee x Longines homage there 😆

i'M kidding of course. They do look similar at first glance because of the colorway, but if you scrutinize them side by side, it's not a one to one copy with just a different brand logo.

Congrats and happy holidays🥳
