Defakto Kinetik Stille Nacht (Silent Night) is an accessible watch with a great design

Defakto first released the Stille Nacht (Silent Night) as a quartz option around the holidays a year or two ago. It was a limited release, available in both a one hand and traditional three hand version. I really liked the fact that each dial was individually airbrushed and therefore distinct from the others. However, it wasn’t quite right for me, so I passed it by. In both a one hand and traditional three hand version. This season though, they released a new version at a slightly bigger size in an automatic. When I saw this limited run come out, I knew I had to get one. I mean, look at that clean dial and the lume!

This is a very cool brand with great design sense and style. My favorite is the Defakto Kinetik Standard. There is no dial design like this to be found anywhere...

Yes, this is quite an interesting design. I like the direction that they have been heading. You can still tell that it is their design, even with the revisions that they have been making.

I just purchased a mono. It's on the way to me this week, I can't wait to get it. The idea of a single hand watch, made in Germany... perfect. Total Bauhaus style.
