The Reverso Stories NYC (What’s your favorite Reverso?)
I had a chance to see “The Reverso Stories” exhibit today alongside my lady and a couple of good friends.
I’ve always been fascinated by the Reverso (particularly the duo face or multi complication variants) but it doesn’t fit quite right on my wrist.
Needless to say, it was a wonderful time with a great guided tour of the Reverso history, a chance to try my hand at perlage (engine turning) on a small copper plate, an overly expensive but pleasant cafe experience, and ultimately see 93 years of Reverso evolution.
If it pops up in your city, I highly recommend checking it out!

Definitely I would wanna a grail watch from them. Love the Reverso! It would be so interesting and fun to attend this. 😎
JLC is doing a great job promoting their watches and introducing the brand with evens like this. I attended a pop up last year at Hudson Yards and can attest to the overpriced cafe experience 😂. My Duo is my most special watch. It's definitely a marvel to me in many ways.
Were you able to do the workshop as well? It might be worth a trip to the city.

I didn’t get to take the finishing class. It was 90 minutes long and we had dinner reservations elsewhere. But I hear it’s an awesome experience. Post photos if you end up doing it!

For me it would be ref. 270.2.54: duoface in rose gold, and I just love the details of the dial such as the framing of the text on the white side.
Unfortunately, that's not my watch 😢... but I probably wouldn't be able to pull off a gold watch like that so I'd probably go with the steel version, 270.8.54.

Why would you be able to pull off gold? Do you mean in terms of look / lifestyle or price?
