DW-5025B-7 “Rising White” - 25th Anniversary
Black & gold is my favorite G-Shock look, and I got a good deal on a non-functioning “JUNK” 25th Anniversary square—wasn’t even looking; the eBay algorithm was just like, “Hey, I think you want this?” 😂
Was mainly interested in the crystal and gold hardware and would have been OK with swapping out the module. But once the battery was replaced and I saw the screen, I was stunned by the added gold.
I will, however, still mod it with a black bezel and band. The stock band and bezel is in good condition, and hyrdogen peroxide/UV whitening should work. Last shot is a preview with a $5 AliExpress bezel, until I can get a real Casio part.
