I was a padi recreational diver in the late 90s and always used a dive computer rather than a watch as did most of the people I dived with.
But I would be confident wearing a Kamasu or Ray or Mako for recreational diving. They are good for 200m and most divers rarely go below 30 odd metres. No dive extension to go over wet or dry suit sleeve if that is what you will be wearing though?
