Would you buy a Black-Out Concept XP1 Tourbillon LT if you were into such designs?

I came across the Black-Out Concept XP1 Tourbillon LT and seems like a really nice watch for the price, but a lot of people have bad experience with the company or past models from the company. Would you buy this model if you were into Richard Mille like designs? Separately, if you have this model, how is your experience so far?
