Casio G-Shock 40th Anniversary Carbon Edition – GCW-B5000UN-1
So there are currently two watches in my collection that i've bought with my own money that's not a gift from anyone or that was inherited from friends or family. One of them is my Rolex 116000 and the second one is this. Some people call me crazy for buying a Casio G-Shock for that price, but for me it's perfect for work and other rough activities that i don't dare to put my 116000 through.

Well, clearly a man of culture. This is what people in the know will think of you wearing this watch. Those who don’t know are not worth impressing.
The Crown signals you have money to spend AND you want others to know it. 2k G-Shock signals you have money to spend on things that YOU enjoy. I will always have more respect for the latter.
I had to talk myself out of getting the purple one, but only because I already went out for the titanium circuit camo one (my userpic 😉). Will see how secondary prices settle.
But for real, what Casio does with materials lately is genuinely innovative and should be celebrated
